Enhanced Doppler Beaming for Dust-enshrouded Objects and Pulsars in the Galactic Center

چکیده
Stars within the innermost part of nuclear star cluster can reach orbital velocities up to a few percent light speed. As analyzed by Rafikov, Doppler boosting stellar may be relevance at pericenter orbits, especially with upcoming high-precision photometry in near- and mid-infrared bands. Here we analyze previously neglected effect infrared spectral index monitored objects on Doppler-boosted continuum emission narrow photometric band. In contrast main-sequence stars, detected compact infrared-excess dust-enshrouded have an enhanced Doppler-boosting as much order magnitude, variability amplitude 10% for most eccentric orbits. similar way, pulsars dominated nonthermal synchrotron are also expected exhibit stronger signal factor least 4 comparison canonical S stars. case orbit is robustly determined, relative flux variation thus provide hints about nature objects. For extended objects, such G1, that variable due tidal, ellipsoidal, bow-shock, irradiation effects, subtraction variations will help better comprehend their internal physics. addition, higher-order relativistic effects modified different negative indices way it obtain both positive values 1%.

The temperatures of dust-enshrouded active galactic nuclei
A high density of massive dark objects (MDOs), probably supermassive black holes, in the centres of nearby galaxies has been inferred from recent observations. There are various indications that much of the accretion responsible for producing these objects took place in dust-enshrouded active galactic nuclei (AGNs). If so, then measurements of the intensity of background radiation and the sourc...
متن کاملFinding Radio Pulsars in and beyond the Galactic Center
Radio-wave scattering is enhanced dramatically for galactic center sources in a region with radius∼> 15 arc min. Using scattering from Sgr A∗ and other sources, we show that pulse broadening for pulsars in the Galactic center is at least 6.3 ν−4 seconds (ν = radio frequency in GHz) and is most likely 50–200 times larger because the relevant scattering screen appears to be within the Galactic ce...
متن کاملDetecting dark matter with imploding pulsars in the galactic center.
The paucity of old millisecond pulsars observed at the galactic center of the Milky Way could be the result of dark matter accumulating in and destroying neutron stars. In regions of high dark matter density, dark matter clumped in a pulsar can exceed the Schwarzschild limit and collapse into a natal black hole which destroys the pulsar. We examine what dark matter models are consistent with th...
متن کاملthe search for the self in becketts theatre: waiting for godot and endgame
this thesis is based upon the works of samuel beckett. one of the greatest writers of contemporary literature. here, i have tried to focus on one of the main themes in becketts works: the search for the real "me" or the real self, which is not only a problem to be solved for beckett man but also for each of us. i have tried to show becketts techniques in approaching this unattainable goal, base...
15 صفحه اولkeV line from millisecond pulsars in the Galactic center
Observations of a strong and extended positron-electron annihilation line emission in the Galactic center (GC) region by the SPI/INTEGRAL are challenging to the existing models of positron sources in the Galaxy. In this paper, we study the possibility that pulsar winds from a millisecond pulsar population in the GC produce the 511 keV line. Our preliminary estimations predict that the e annihil...
